            CONSULTATION/FITNESS APPRAISAL

 

 At New You Personal Training, we will provide a you with a professional consultation service. We will evaluate your fitness level and  do a screen to  highlight any health issues that may stand in your way of acieving your goals. Then we will go through a program and show exercises that we will include in your weekly sessions and iron out any questions you have. All free so you have the chance to come down, get comfortable and enjoy your training experience.

           TRIMMING DOWN AND TONING UP PROGRAM
 
In this program  we use a mixture of proven training techniques to shift weight and  sculpt and tone your muscles. You leave the program  feeling and looking great. For this program it allows two one on one sessions a week and access to all information posted on website and also a closed Facebook group in which recipes, training programs and nutritional facts will be posted. This program is priced at a one off weekly fee of $95.00. This program runs over a twelve month period as to reach the goals you so desire. There are no contracts so if you are not satisfied or need to leave i just need to know two weeks in advance.
 
                
                MUSCLE BUILDING PROGRAM
 
Our muscle growth program focuses on adding new muscle mass and strengthening and developing the muscle fibres whilst creating healthy strong joints and bones to support the new growth in muscle. This program includes two one on one sessions a week and access to to all information on the website and a closed Facebook site. the cost of this program is a weekly fee of $95.00 and runs over a twelve month period.
 
 
  
                       
 
 
 

 

 

           PT SESSIONS AND BOXING CLASSES

 

Personal training are the ultimate training experience. You train in a fully air conditioned studio with no battles for equipment. You have a dedicated trainer to support and encourage you on your journey. You can buy blocks of PT sessions. A block of five sessions will cost $265.00 and a block of ten $540.00. 

 

 

BOXING CLASSES -: A great way to wake up and energize yourself for the day. It is fun active way to get in your daily exercise and meet new people.It has a $15.00 fee .

           HEALTH AND LIFESTYLE PROGRAM

 

Our health and lifestyle program includes two one on one sessions a week  and access to all information on the website and also a closed Facebook group where you will be able to use nutritional tips along with your exercise program to maintain a healthy, energized lifestyle for your busy daily schedules. This is priced at a one off weekly fee of $95.00

           NEW YOU PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES
At New You Personal Training we love to see you get results. So we  have based  our services around guided one on one pt sessions and membership  deals to keep your training schedule as frequent as you like. We are a studio/gym that likes to see our clients improve their health and fitness through a well planned and monitored training as well as direction and guidance in nutrition.We also have the ability to offer online training and programs so our clients can either take on some extra training plans at home or for the time poor complete their training at home.Our training programs are designed to shed those unwanted kilo's and keep you healthy, feeling great and looking stunning. 
We have 1 hour pt sessions for $60.00
Half hour is $45.00 a session
We have 3,6 and 12 month memberships including 1,2 or 3 pt sessions a week with them they are hugely discounted and great value.
We have a casual membership. With three entries the fourth is free.
We have group classes (boxing and a circuit class). These are $15.00 a class. $12 for members.
